is a Co-founder and Director of Innovation at the UM6P School of Collective Intelligence. She leads technology transfer at the value creation stage from research to the industry with real-world applications. She is a trained physicist with an MBA and Ph.D. (cand.) in Business Administration from Central European University. At the American University of Rome, she co-designed the Social Innovation and Entrepreneurship and Honors Program and taught Entrepreneurship, Innovation, and Startup Design. She has private-sector experience in technology transfer with, LVenture business accelerator and Quantum Leap (Rome – Italy). She has led innovation and policy development projects at the European Investment Bank for Science and Technology Parks, Italian National Research Council (CNR), World Food Program Innovation Accelerator. Her research investigates applied network strategies in management; technological innovation and entrepreneurship, with a focus on how firm network impacts scalability and the innovation strategies of exploration and exploitation.
