WHY PHORESNET

MISSION

PhoResNet is an interdisciplinary collaborative initiative of national researchers delivering integrated expertise in phosphate research areas. This network is expected to increase the impact of the phosphate result in knowledge sharing and capacity building. The overall aim of this proposed exchange Network is to bring together a national team of researchers, with a wide variety of skills in order to:

  • Build a responsible Research & Innovation, with the concerned stakeholders
  • Highlight current and proposed research in phosphate areas
  • Capitalize knowledge in the field of phosphate research
  • Promote training "by and for" research in the field of phosphates, by encouraging young researchers to get involved
  • Establish partnerships with other networks, associations and organizations, and contribute to the dissemination and promotion of the results of research work.
  • Disseminate upcoming events in planning and research

PHORESNET NETWORK

VISION

Phoresnet aims to promote a high quality of R&D in all scientific and technological fields related to Phosphates by allowing a high visibility to scientific production at the international level and supporting its impact through the creation of synergies between university researchers and industry.

GOVERNANCE

MONITORING AND STEERING COMMITTEE (MSC)

Is the decision-making body of PhoResNet. It is composed of the national coordinator, the secretariat of the network, the founding members and members designated to represent all the research topics around phosphates.

SCIENTIFIC MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE (SMC)

Is chaired by a member appointed by the Monitoring and Steering Committee and researchers selected from among the members of the network, referring to their contribution in terms of research in the field of phosphates as well as their scientific and technical notoriety.

NETWORK SECRETARIAT (NS)

Is the executive body of the network. It consists of at least three members, including the national coordinator, from the Monitoring and Steering Committee.
